We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Intern, Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a background in engineering, computer science, or physics to join our research team. This project, a collaboration between the Presynaptic Plasticity Lab, Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, University Hospital Erlangen, and the Institute of Physiology and Pathophysiology, involves exploring network synchronization in a genetic mouse model of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Ihre Aufgaben
- Analyze local field potential signals and neural network synchronization.
- Perform data processing and signal analysis to identify patterns of network oscillations.
- Work closely with our research team to discuss findings and plan further studies.
- Present results and contribute to the ongoing evaluation of the project.
Ihr Profil
Notwendige Qualifikationen:- Background in engineering, IT, physics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming with MATLAB.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data analysis and signal processing is a plus.
